Description

Maalox lemon flavor is a medicine containing locally acting antacids which act by neutralizing the acids secreted by the stomach. It is indicated in adults (from 15 years) in heartburn and acid reflux. Reserved for adults.

 

Composition:

For 1 sachet:

Aluminum oxide 230mg in the form of hydrated aluminum oxide 460mg, magnesium hydroxide 400mg.

Excipients: 64% sucrose syrup, 70% sorbitol (non-crystallizable), xanthan gum, guar gum, sodium chloride, lemon flavor (lemon or raspberry or mint essential oil, alpha-tocopherol, vitamin E, essential oils of lemon terpene, grapefruit, distilled lime, orange, coconut oil, citral).

Excipients with known effect: sucrose, sorbitol.

 

Dosage:

1 to 2 sachets per dose at the time of pain. The maximum number of doses per day is 6 and you must not exceed 12 sachets per day.

 

Contraindications:

• Allergy to any of the components

• Kidney failure (due to the presence of magnesium)

Oral use.

Box of 20 sachets in oral suspension.
