At ChePha-otc.com we pride ourselves in our dedication to customer service. Therefore, unlike other online stores, we do not charge any cancellation fees for cancellations right after an order is placed. However, please note that you can not cancel any order AFTER we have shipped it from our store.
Due to the nature of many items sold here we can not accept returns for many of them. Certain items we can do a return, to find out please email us. If the package is lost due to Mail Services fault, not including missed delivery or stolen items, we of course will correct this issue. Damaged items we of course will make it right.
