Description

Its active substance is hydrated aluminium oxide (boehmite) dosed at 8.0800 g for one dose sachet (amount corresponding to alluminium oxide: 1.2120 g).

 

The other components of its formula are: sucrose, polyvidone, hydroxyethylcellulose, potassium sorbate, sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate, aromatic composition, purified water.

 

DOSAGE:

The generally recommended dosage is 1 sachet at the time of stomach pain, but not exceeding 6 sachets per day.

The contents of the sachet should be poured and swallowed directly into the mouth.

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS :

This medicine should not be used in case of allergy/hypersensitivity to its active substance or to any of its components, but also if you have severe renal insufficiency.

 

It is important to tell your doctor or pharmacist about any other medicines you have recently or are currently taking, to avoid possible drug interactions, especially with quinidines.

Antacids can reduce the effect of many other drugs.

As a precaution, antacids should not be taken at the same time as another drug. The other medication can be taken at a distance from the antacid, for example 2 hours before.

It is important to take into account the sucrose content of Rocgel, oral suspension (1.90 g per sachet), especially during a diet limited in carbohydrates, diabetic diet or without sugar.
