Description

Indications:

This medication is designed to relieve pain, burning sensations, or heartburn in the stomach or esophagus and for the symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Usage Instructions:

1. For pain related to esophageal, gastric, or duodenal conditions:

   •   Take one sachet during episodes of pain.

   •   Do not exceed four sachets per day.

2. For symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux:

   •   Initial phase: Take one sachet after each of the three main meals, with an additional sachet if pain occurs, for 4 to 6 weeks.

   •   Maintenance phase: Take one sachet when symptoms occur.

Method of administration:

   •   Oral use only.

Duration of treatment:

   •   Treatment duration depends on the severity and persistence of symptoms.

Composition:

Active ingredients per sachet:

   •   Hydrated aluminum oxide: 500 mg

   •   Aluminum phosphate: 300 mg

   •   Magnesium hydroxide: 500 mg

   •   Coated guar gum (corresponding to 198.2 mg guar gum): 200 mg

Excipients:

Simethicone, sorbitan oleate, polysorbate 80, bronopol, sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E219), sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E217), sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, mint flavor, and purified water.

Precautions for Use:

   •   If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult your doctor.

   •   Seek immediate medical advice if pain is accompanied by fever or vomiting.

   •   Avoid use without medical supervision if you are on chronic dialysis.

   •   Drug interactions: Antacids may reduce the effectiveness of other medications. It is advised to take this medication 2 hours apart from other treatments whenever possible.

   •   Follow a healthy diet and lifestyle in addition to taking this medication.

Allergy warning:

This product contains sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E219) and sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E217), which may cause allergic reactions (potentially delayed).
