Zenalia from Boiron is used to treat the symptoms of stress. It can be used for acute stressful situations, such as exams, public presentations (trac), job interviews, conflicts, crisis situations (anxiety), etc. It can also be used for chronic stressful situations, such as stress at work, stress related to personal or family life, etc…

How to take Zenalia?

From the first symptoms of stage fright, 1 tablet morning and evening.
The treatment will not exceed 15 days.
Oral route.
Let the tablet dissolve under the tongue, away from meals.

Active substances:

• Gelsemium sempervirens 9 CH 1mg

• Ignatia amara 9 CH 1mg

• Kalium phosphoricum 15 CH 1mg

Other substances: Sucrose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate.

Contraindication:

Do not take Zenalia, sublingual tablet in case of allergy to any of the components of this medication (see composition).

This drug Zenalia is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age.

Due to the presence of lactose, this drug should not be used in cases of congenital galactosemia, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or lactase deficiency.

Due to the presence of sucrose, this drug should not be used in case of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (rare metabolic diseases).

Possible interactions:

Take the tablets between meals.
